Joan Walker has
lived in the Atlanta, Georgia area for more than 30 years.
During this time she has used her creative
talents for cake decorating. She has placed 1st in the Children's Cakes
and 3rd in Wedding Cakes in area cake decorating shows.
In the 1985 Georgia International Arts
& Crafts Show Joan placed 1st in the Crafts Division for pressed flower
arrangements and 1st in the oil painting category.
She currently creates decorative tiles for
8 Zumpano Tile Stores in the greater Atlanta area.
She is actively working with porcelain
drawings, diamond etched glassware and painting in oils, acrylic and
watercolor. She is also building a fine portfolio of
wall hangings in the exciting area of mosaics.
Her work can also be viewed at "Roomscapes"
in Woodstock, GA and at "Work Of Our Hands" in Atlanta.
She also showcases her talents at local
arts & crafts shows and private gallery showings.
